Return Window
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless item was defective

- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged by misuse
- Products without original packaging or tags
Return Process

- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package item securely with original packaging
- Ship to provided return address with tracking
Refunds
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs deducted from refund (unless our error)
Exchanges
- Exchanges available for size/color variations of same product
- Subject to inventory availability
- Customer pays shipping for exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos may be required for assessment
- We cover return shipping for defective items
- Full refund or replacement provided
International Returns
- International customers responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties and fees are non-refundable
